In 2011, Prof. Mushayye, with the help of a group of professionals committed to scientific rigor, designed an internal connection implant that represented an improved version of the universal connection implant. Green Implant System was created with the aim of bringing innovation and development to the dental implantology industry.
In 2012, Green founded its production in Petershäger Weg 162, D-32425 located in Minden, Germany. This establishment achieved the highest standards of quality to Green Implant System production. That year, it obtained the CE mark, EN-ISO 9001 & EN ISO 13485: 2016 & MDSAP and Clean Room EN ISO 7 for its entire production process

As a result of the research carried out by Green which shows that roughness improves the time & quality of osseointegration, Green Implant System began using its NanoFix Surface on all its implants. Because of its clinical success, GREEN continues to use the same treatment today.
In 2014, Green launched its innovative Ball Attachment System. An individual attachment for overdentures, which corrects the angle of insertion of the implant and was very well received on Germany, making Green Implant System known at a European level.
In 2015, Green empowered its internal Key-Lock multi-system. It was the first of many innovative products launched by the company, aimed at maximal abutment support, anti-movement and anti-rotation.
As a result of years of research, Green Implant System applied to all its implant body (double spiral & progressive core) the machining technology. This machining was specially designed to increase the thread resistance and the primary stability of the implant.
Green made a forward-looking commitment to the conical connection and strengthened its Scientific Committee, led by Prof.Carlos Falcao.
As a result of this work, the conical connection implant with threaded core was launched on the international market.
To meet the needs of the global market, Green Implant System launched the compressive implant, the universal connection implant with the company's own design and manufacturing standards.
In 2020, Green moved its production to Plauener Str. 163-165, D-13053 Berlin, Germany. This move brought the highest standards of quality and safety to Green Implant System production.
Through a project developed jointly with NBIO, Green Implant System created a new generation titanium, Compressive Multi-unit Implant.
Optimum is a grade IV titanium that increases the elastic limit and improves mechanical properties by 64%.
BASAL was introduced in 2023. A one-piece implant with design in core portion that allows for improved load distribution and helps to maintain bone level.
In 2024, Green moved its production to Charles-Darwin-Ring 3a, 18059 Rostock, Germany. This move leads to authenticity, innovation & quality assurance to Green Implant System production. In addition to the new implant coatings, such as Bonitex® & Duotox® with the great fate of Prof. Neumann*. *(Biomedical Applications of Titanium and its Alloys' DOT, J.A. Neumann. Journal of Biomechanics 1(1) (2009).
